Talitha Ramphal is a Dutch lawyer specializing in international arbitration and Dutch litigation and regularly advices and represents clients before the Dutch courts in complex disputes, amongst others for recognition, enforcement, and setting aside procedures of foreign arbitral awards.
Talitha is firmly entrenched in the international environment through her (published) research in international law (including the law of the sea) and by standing up for lawyers abroad when the right to practice their profession is under a threat as a volunteer at Lawyers for Lawyers. Prior to joining Conway & Partners, Talitha gained experience in the International and European sphere, including having worked at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies and European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust). Furthermore, during her studies she became acquainted with the common law system by studying in Ireland for a semester at Trinity College Dublin.
