Guest speaker, Michael Mortimer-Hawkins, special advisor to FIDIC, will be giving a presentation on claims management under the new Design Build Operate FIDIC form contract. Following up on this discussion, Conway & Partners partner, Nathan O’Malley, will be speaking on “Arbitration and Dispute Resolution under the DBO Contract”.
