Conway & Partner's Hugo Smit is currently featured on the cover of this month's issue of the leading legal industry publication within the Netherlands, the "Advocatenblad". The cover photo is part of a lengthy interview Mr. Smit gave to the publication over his recent victory in what has become known as the "Westenberg case", a case that ended in a High Court decision that is sure to have implications for judicial ethics within the Netherlands.
