On November 1, 2008, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - European Branch, will sponsor a conference entitled, "A Modern European Perspective on Dispute Resolution". The Saturday afternoon session will follow on from the previous day's Mediation Leadership Summit, sponsored by the American Bar Association.
Shawn Conway, a partner at Conway & Partners, will be giving a presentation, "The Modern View From the Netherlands" which will cover developments in the area of mediation in Holland.
