International Arbitration

The international arbitration professionals of Conway & Partners have been involved in numerous proceedings brought under various institutional and ad hoc rules, in diverse locations and under different laws. What follows is a summary description of our work in Arbitration.

Appointments

Members of our arbitration team have been appointed to serve as either members of tribunals, or as sole-arbitrators in disputes administered under the auspices of the following institutions:
